As Vice President of Clinical Operations at Sphinx Strategies, Ethan Huynh provides strategic and operational leadership, oversees the organization’s clinical compliance strategies, clinical policy development, and leads the operational management team in making enterprise-wide clinical decisions to meet operational goals and objectives.

Ethan’s extensive background in the healthcare industry provides Sphinx Strategies the expertise to develop strategies in the specialty pharmacy market ranging from operations, payor contracting, accreditation, adherence and compliance and other reimbursement models by creating superior partnerships with innovators, physician groups, manufacturers, medical professionals, healthcare organizations, insurance providers and other stakeholders.

Prior to joining Sphinx Strategies, Ethan spent over 15 years in various pharmacy leadership roles in both clinical and community care settings and more recently in specialty pharmacy, infusion, and accreditation. Ethan earned his PharmD from Albany College of Pharmacy in Albany, New York and is a Board-Certified Geriatric Pharmacist. Ethan serves on numerous boards, including

California Pharmacists Association (as Treasurer), San Gabriel Valley Pharmacists Association (Board of Directors), Leadership Institute for Development, Education and Research (LiDER) (Board of Directors) and is a proud member of the Education Committee for the Immunoglobulin National Society (IgNS). He also serves on committees for various nonprofit community organizations, medical missions abroad, providing leadership development and mentorship to the next generation of young leaders. Outside of the healthcare profession, he also enjoys growing as an entrepreneur in the financial services industry building teams, helping families become financially independent and supportingchange as a philanthropist.
